As the protest staged by Sanghiya Gathabandha, an alliance of Madhesi and Janajati parties, enters third day in the Capital on Monday, the cadres affiliated to the alliance have beaten up two students accusing them of being vigilantes.Prakash Adhikari and Ram Prasad Poudel, both from Argakhanchi district, were attacked and seriously injured. Poudel has sustained severe eye injury while his friend Adhikari received beatings. Poudel was taken to Annapurna Neuro Hospital for immediate treatment from where he was referred to Tilganga Hospital for having severe eye damage.
