Former Prime Minister and senior leader of the CPN-UML, Madhav Kumar Nepal, has been bereaved of his father this morning. The 99-year-old Mangal Kumar Upadhyay passed away at his residence in Koteshwor at 7:00am, said leader Nepal’s personal secretary Mohan Gautam.Upadhyay who was born in Rautahat left behind the family of three sons and three daughters.
